NEW YORK, June 3, 2022 /PRNewswire/ — The Foot Locker Foundation, Inc., the charitable arm of Foot Locker, Inc., the New Yorkspecialty sports retailer, brought together members of the footwear, fashion and sports industries for its annual “On Our Feet” fundraising gala. The event took place on Thursday, June 2 and took place at New York City Pier Sixty at Chelsea Piers.

The theme of this year’s event, “Getting Back on Our Feet”, was a celebration of how far we have come over the past two years and an important reminder of the work ahead of us to improve the upward mobility of young people and build a more equitable and inclusive future for all.

Representatives of sports and athletics retailers such as Nike, adidas, Converse, Puma, Champion, Crocs, New Balance, Reebok, Under Armor and Vans were present alongside the event’s guest of honor, Shaheen Hollowaywho joined the master of ceremonies for the evening, Christian Crobyfor an onstage interview about community involvement, perseverance and the importance of giving back.
